By accessing and using Climate Data Platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying you of changes through the Platform.
The Platform provides access to climate, meteorological, and environmental data from official sources such as AEMET, Copernicus Climate Data Store (CDS), SIAR, and other public agencies. Services include: • Consultation of current and historical climate data by location. • Generation of climate reports and analyses. • Personalized weather alerts. • Territorial comparison tools. • Professional ecosystem services studies. • AI-powered climate assistant (ClimaBot).
To access certain features, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. • All activities carried out under your account. • Notifying any unauthorized use of your account. You may register using email and password, or through identity providers such as Google or Facebook.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited: • Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. • Attempting to access restricted areas or other users' data. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software. • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data in bulk without authorization. • Commercially redistributing obtained data without prior consent. • Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.
The Platform, its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and original content are the property of Climate Data Platform or its licensors. Climate data comes from official public sources and is subject to their respective usage licenses. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, or distribute the Platform's software.
Climate data displayed on the Platform comes from official sources and is presented for informational purposes. The Platform does not guarantee: • The accuracy, completeness, or real-time updating of data. • That data is suitable for critical decision-making without independent verification. • Uninterrupted service availability. The Platform shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided data. For decisions affecting the safety of persons or property, always consult official sources directly.
The Platform may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are managed through Stripe and are subject to: • Prices in effect at the time of subscription. • Recurring billing according to the selected period. • Cancellation possible at any time from your account settings. • Refund policy in accordance with applicable legislation. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.
Administrators can create user groups with shared configurations. Group members are subject to: • Forced configurations set by the group administrator (such as the home page). • Access restrictions defined for the group. • Group usage policies established by the administrator.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if: • You breach these Terms of Service. • You use the Platform in an abusive or fraudulent manner. • You have not used your account for an extended period (more than 12 months). You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. After cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law and European Union regulations. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Valencia, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
